Williams Advertising is adding to our team! We are searching for an Accounting Manager with the following traits & responsibilities: 

The ideal candidate will work with:

  • The ability to multi-task.  This role has responsibilities within all aspects of finance in the company. 
  • The ability to spot discrepancies in planned versus actual. 
  • Confidentiality & integrity 

Responsibilities: 

  • Conducting billing processes including receiving and paying bills, reconciling, and generating client invoices. 
  • Client communication as it relates to billing
  • Accounts receivable 
  • Tax reporting & payments 
  • Financial reporting
  • Budgeting 
  • Monitoring revenue and expenses, categorizing 
  • Reconciling bank & credit card statements 
  • Apply new accounting policies and ensuring compliance with rules and regulations
  • Collaboration with non-financial areas of the company 
  • Work to improve financial processes 
  • Other responsibilities as needed 

Required Experience:

  • Current or previous experience in similar accounting role 
  • Excellent math skills 
  • Quickbooks Online
  • Excel 
  • Financial statement preparation 

This position is intended to be located in Hopkinsville, KY though ideal candidates elsewhere will be considered for remote work.
