- Confidentiality & integrity
Responsibilities:
- Conducting billing processes including receiving and paying bills, reconciling, and generating client invoices.
- Client communication as it relates to billing
- Accounts receivable
- Tax reporting & payments
- Financial reporting
- Budgeting
- Monitoring revenue and expenses, categorizing
- Reconciling bank & credit card statements
- Apply new accounting policies and ensuring compliance with rules and regulations
- Collaboration with non-financial areas of the company
- Work to improve financial processes
- Other responsibilities as needed
Required Experience:
- Current or previous experience in similar accounting role
- Excellent math skills
- Quickbooks Online
- Excel
- Financial statement preparation
This position is intended to be located in Hopkinsville, KY though ideal candidates elsewhere will be considered for remote work.
